Life Skills for Life is an interactive resuscitation workshop equipping students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to effectively respond in a first aid or emergency situation.
Workshops are delivered by two Senior First Aid qualified Surf Life Saving Instructors teaching students the important steps to take in an emergency situation and how to perform basic CPR.
Students are engaged through hands on activities using CPR manikins and a training defibrillator to assimilate real life emergency situations.
Upon completion of the workshop students are presented with a Life Skills for Life Certificate.
