Beach Activities

Beach Activities is a fun day out at the beach where students can learn the important aspects of sun and beach safety, whilst increasing their skills and fitness in the water and on the beach.

SLSWA’s qualified surf lifesavers will teach students important safety information through fun activities, such as board riding, swimming and beach games.

Programs are concluded with a Surf Life Saving style carnival to enable students to practice their new skills.

Contact SLSWA to see how a program can be customised to suit the age and ability of your school group.

The Beach Activities program is part of Surf Life Saving WA’s BeachSAFE Initiative which provides a holistic and evidence based approach to water safety and lifesaving education for the WA community.  Learn more about the BeachSAFE Initiative.
